What it measures. Opponent takedown attempts stopped %. Higher is better. Formula. The share of the opponent's takedown attempts that are stopped. The rank uses a confidence bound; the value shown is the raw percentage. Minimum sample. Career: at least 5 fights and 10 opponent takedown attempts faced. Last five: at least 3 fights and 5 opponent takedown attempts faced. The Sample column is the amount behind each figure (opponent takedown attempts faced). A fighter below the minimum is not ranked and does not appear here; the figure is still shown, greyed, on their own page. Order. The table follows the published rank, which for rate stats is computed from a confidence-adjusted score rather than the raw figure, so the values can sit slightly out of order. The value shown is always the raw figure. Last bout and Active. The date of the fighter's most recent fight in this data. Active means a bout in the last 18 months. Coverage. Every figure is built from UFC fights that have round-by-round data. Some older bouts do not, and are left out rather than estimated. Check us.
